First trip to Penang with 3 girls and I'm the only boy boy >''<...

As many have not known that I'm born in Penang and I stayed there until Primary 2 and move to Kuala Lumpur after then until now. OBviously, I love the food there (I guess everyone love it too), but I hate the driver there which I have used to the driving behavior in Kuala Lumpur. Before I moved to KL, many places which is famous in Penang, or it just get famous in recent year, I have no chance to pay a visit to them. This visit, I tried my very best to bring my friends and myself to go as many places as we can.

This trip was planned by myself initially to visit one of my penang friend alone, but then I shared it to 2 of my silly friends and they came up with the idea that they wanna follow me along. So they ask another girl and make it 4 to hit the Penang on the 4th day of Chinese New Year, which is Monday 3rd of February. We depart quite early in the morning as we can save time and avoid unnecessary jam and reach Penang early. One of my friend just came back from family trip on the day itself and still able to go to Penang. I would like to give that silly girl an applause *clap Clap*

We stop by Bidor to have the famous duck noodle there, where I feel it taste not really that good anymore, but I still love the "chicken biscuit". If you just have the chance, can stop by there where the shop called "Pun Chun". After the Tol Plaza of Bidor, first T-junction make a right turn an at the traffic light make another right turn, go about 300-400 meters and the restaurant would be on your right side =)

We snapped some pic in car, but seriously this is really unforgettable because this is the first time I'm bringing 3 girls with me and I have to protect them no matter where I go, I really feel my own responsibility is strong to them..and yeah, they are safe and sound back to home.

The sun is hot, car window tint can't even fight back the sun light and heat, so thats the best way we can do in the car, selfie with shade! lol

I drive quite fast that morning, and we reached Penang after 3hours plus of journey, of course, I'm afraid of getting summons ~.~ I bring them to Batu Lanchang market to have early lunch, but unfortunately, most of the store are close due to Chinese New Year, so I ordered food that I think they should try when they come to Penang. I ordered Pasembur, Laksa (which is not really good), Penang Indian Mee Goreng, and also AMBRAAA SUI drinks =x Luckily they love it. *blissed*!
After filling up petrol into our tummy, we start our journey again. We go to the street that has art on the wall, where lot of people go to Penang just to take picture with it. The art only has it in Penang recently, I never been there too, so I'm quite excited with it. After parked my car, we walk under the Sun (about 12 noon?), feel like the skin is burning and soon can be barbecued human. Snapp pic, walk around for maybe 2 hours just to wait for our check-in time to hotel to get some rest.
this is called ''love lane", hopefully I can find my true love soon too >''<

some hokkien word to learn =p

minion minion! cute no?

look at these people, queuing up to snap pic of the bicycle art on the wall....under hot sun with umbrella...I couldn't do that

this is the pic that everyone queue up for

So after snapping pic, we went to the place where the chendol is dam good, queue up and I had 2 bowls of it! I couldnt resist the yummi-ness and the hot weather. Filled up petrol for stomach for second round, we go to the apartment, take a bath and rest...lie down for 15minutes after a long drive and hot weather, I feel energetic again! We go out again, and hit to the place called "padang" and had Orh Jian (fried oyster with eggs, fried kuey tiow, and ban zhang kuey). 3 of them love the fried oyster dam much, then the Hard Rock friend offered to go to the Hard Rock Cafe Penang in Batu Ferringhi. Drive all the way down where it took around 30minutes, along the way, we can see the sea, stop by and take some photo too.
this is the first time I've been to Hard Rock Cafe, the silly girl on the white shirt love it so much. she grab a shirt in the shop and change it on the spot. of course, not infront of me, she change it in fitting room XDD

nice view and houses on the way to batu ferringhi

tada! big guitar and small me =O

had a wine with friend, taste not reall good because I feel they add on water in it..

this is the hard rock hotel swimming pool, pretty right?

sunset...

feel proud of my own phone camera =p

the best view I got that day...really pretty....how i wish I can hold the hand of the person I love, walk along the beach, no talk, just walk...enjoy the wind blowing on us, take pic, hugging each other....ahhhhh~

My friend did her parachute before we leave the hard rock hotel, and after that we had our late dinner at around 9 plus...sucks food we get, this is the first time also I get to eat so sucks food in my hometown...=.=
We went back hotel, play card, and sleep...really a tiring day.

The next day, I bring them to the place I stay when I was there, had our breakfast there and I think most of the important food penang had go into their stomach, I feel relieved too =p

We head to the Kek Lok Si Temple, to pray and see around as this is my first time been there too. But it is recommended to go at night because the light there is really really pretty. -there is risk, you will get stuck in the very bad jam just to get into the temple-

I'm born in the year of horse, so for sure I have to take pic with this horsie!

Biggest Guan Yin Ma I ever see in my life! is like....I dont know how many feet tall

All of us are born in horse year, there we go 5 horses! best of luck in everything!

This is the best trip to Penang with my friends so far, been to Penang with other group of friend but never get this fun =p Hopefully they enjoy the food and places I bring them, I did what I could and really happy to see their smile on their face =) next trip? who's on?
